Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the mobile and/or web application Emigrator (hereinafter — "Application"), designed to provide informational and reference content for migrants in the Republic of Poland. By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and fully accept them.

The Application operates in accordance with: the legislation of the Republic of Poland; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3. Purpose and functionality of the Application

The Application provides: informational articles and reference materials; checklists with the ability to mark, edit and customize; AI assistant operating in automatic mode; catalog and map of services and services of third parties; advertising and informational materials of service providers. All information placed in the Application is for informational purposes only and is not legal, migration, financial or other professional advice.

4. Use without registration and authorization

The user can: use the Application without registration; authorize through Google or Facebook. In case of authorization, synchronization of user data (including marked checklists and settings) between different devices is possible.

5. User responsibility

The user is responsible for: the accuracy of data provided during authorization; maintaining access to their account. The Application Administration is not responsible for unauthorized access to the account due to the user's fault.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant: operates in automatic mode; uses predefined scenarios and algorithms; may contain inaccurate or outdated information. AI assistant responses do not replace consultations with government agencies or qualified specialists.

6.1. Voice input

As part of the AI assistant's work, the Application may have a voice input function using speech recognition technologies. The use of voice input is voluntary. The user understands that speech recognition results may contain inaccuracies, and the received AI assistant responses are for informational purposes only.

7. Service providers and advertising

The Application may contain offers and advertisements from third parties. The Application Administration: is not a party to contractual relations between the user and the service provider; is not responsible for the quality, timing and result of third-party services.

8. Monetization

At the time of publication, the Application is free. In the future, the Administration reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions or content. Users will be notified of such changes in advance.

9. Intellectual property

All materials of the Application are objects of intellectual property and protected by applicable law. Copying, distribution or other use of materials without the consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

The Administration has the right to make changes to these Terms. The current version is always available in the Application.
