Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the mobile and/or web application Emigrator (hereinafter — "Application"), designed to provide informational and reference content for migrants in the Republic of Poland. By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and fully accept them.

1. General provisions

By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and fully accept them.

2. Legal basis

The Application operates in accordance with: the legislation of the Republic of Poland; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3. Purpose and functionality of the Application

The Application provides: informational articles and reference materials; checklists with the ability to mark, edit and customize; AI assistant operating in automatic mode; catalog and map of services and services of third parties; advertising and informational materials of service providers; document scanning using camera (optional); sorting/display of services by geolocation (optional). All information is for informational purposes only and is not legal, migration, financial or other professional advice.

4. Use without registration and authorization

The user can: use the Application without registration; authorize through Google or Facebook. When authorized, synchronization of user data (including marked checklists and settings) between different devices is possible.

5. Device permissions (camera and geolocation)

For the operation of certain functions, the Application may request device permissions: camera — for document scanning; geolocation — for sorting/displaying nearby services. Permissions are optional. The user may refuse to grant permissions or revoke them in device settings — in this case, some functions may be unavailable.

6. User responsibility

The user is responsible for: the accuracy of data provided during authorization; maintaining access to their account. The Application Administration is not responsible for unauthorized access to the account due to the user's fault.

7. AI assistant

The AI assistant: operates in automatic mode; uses predefined scenarios and algorithms; may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. AI assistant responses do not replace consultations with government agencies or qualified specialists.

8. Service providers and advertising

The Application may contain offers and advertisements from third parties. The Application Administration: is not a party to contractual relations between the user and the service provider; is not responsible for the quality, timing and result of third-party services.

9. Monetization

At the time of publication, the Application is distributed free of charge. In the future, the Administration reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions or content. Users will be notified of such changes in advance.

10. Intellectual property

All materials of the Application are objects of intellectual property and protected by applicable law. Copying, distribution or use of materials without the consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

The Administration has the right to make changes to these Terms. The current version is always available in the Application.
