2. What data we process

2.1 Use without authorization

anonymous technical data (device type, interface language); anonymized data on the use of Application features.

2.2 Authorization via Google / Facebook

unique user identifier; name and email address (if provided by the authorization provider); data for synchronizing checklists and user settings.

2.3 Camera access (document scanning)

The Application may request camera access only at the user's initiative for the document scanning function. Images from the camera are processed within the function execution and are not used for personal identification. The Application does not request or process passport data, PESEL, residential address or other sensitive personal data.

2.4 Geolocation access (service list sorting)

The Application may request geolocation access only at the user's initiative for sorting/displaying nearby services. Geolocation is used exclusively for the specified function and is not used for marketing purposes. We do not process passport data, PESEL, residential address or other sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes of data processing

Data is used for: ensuring the Application operation; data synchronization between devices; security enhancement; service quality improvement; operation of document scanning functions (camera) and nearby service sorting (geolocation) — when enabled by the user.

4. AI assistant and user input

Messages entered by the user in the AI assistant: are processed automatically; are not used to identify a person; are not used for marketing purposes. The user is not recommended to enter personal or confidential data.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Application may use anonymous analytics tools and technical identifiers (e.g., installation/session identifiers) exclusively for technical and analytical purposes.

6. Data transfer to third parties

Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except: authorization providers (Google, Facebook); cases provided for by law.

7. Data storage

Data is stored only for the time necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until the account is deleted by the user.

8. User rights (GDPR)

The user has the right to: access to their data; data correction; data deletion ("right to be forgotten"); processing restrictions; data portability; withdrawal of consent.

A request to delete an account and data can be sent to the contact email.
