Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the Emigrator Application is processed in accordance with RODO (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of the Emigrator Application is processed in accordance with RODO (GDPR).

2. What data we process

2.1 Use without login

anonymous technical data (device type, interface language); anonymised data related to the use of Application features.

2.2 Login via Google / Facebook

unique user identifier; name and email address (if provided by the login provider); data used to synchronise checklists and user settings.

2.3 Camera access (document scanning)

The Application may request camera access only at the user's request for the purpose of scanning documents. Camera images are processed as part of this feature and are not used to identify the user. The Application does not request or process sensitive data such as passport details, PESEL number, residential address, etc.

2.4 Location access (sorting the list of services)

The Application may request location access only at the user's request for the purpose of sorting/displaying nearby services. Location is used only for this feature and is not used for marketing purposes. The Application does not process passport details, PESEL number, residential address or other sensitive data.

2.5 Service provider account / provider dashboard

Service providers may create an account or log in to the provider dashboard to add, edit and manage their services displayed in the Application.

When using the provider dashboard, we may process the following data: full name or company name; email address; phone number; login data or account identifier; information about offered services; business description, service categories and service languages; address or service area; links to a website, social media profiles or other contact channels; logo, photos, graphics or other materials added by the provider; information about the selected plan or subscription status, if paid plans are activated.

This data is processed to maintain the provider account, publish services in the catalogue and on the service map, contact the provider, moderate content and operate service promotion features.

2.6 Anonymous aggregated click statistics

The Application may count clicks on individual elements related to services, such as a service card, contact button, link or another interface element.

These statistics are aggregated and are not linked to a specific user, account, device or profile. We do not store information about who clicked a particular element.

A service provider may see only general metrics, such as the number of clicks on their service or individual buttons.

2.7 Paid plans and subscriptions for service providers

The Application may offer service providers paid plans or subscriptions related to publishing, highlighting or promoting services.

If payments are activated, payment data may be processed by external payment operators, app stores or other authorised entities handling the transaction. The Application Administrator does not store full payment card details.

Payment-related information may include payment status, selected plan, subscription start and end date, transaction identifier and data required for tax or accounting purposes.

3. Purposes of data processing

Data is used to: provide the operation of the Application; synchronise data between devices; maintain user and service provider accounts; publish and moderate services added by providers; display the service catalogue and service map; operate plans, subscriptions or paid features, if activated; prepare anonymous aggregated click statistics for services; improve security; improve the quality of the service; operate document scanning (camera) and nearby service sorting (location) features — after being enabled by the user.

4. AI assistant and data entered by the user

Messages entered by the user into the AI assistant are sent to OpenAI (openai.com) to generate a response. This means that the query text leaves the device and is processed by OpenAI servers in accordance with their privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy This data is processed only to answer the question asked and is not used to identify the user or for marketing purposes.

Users are advised not to enter personal or confidential data in conversations with the assistant. Before the first use of the AI assistant, the Application will ask the user to consent to sending queries to OpenAI.

5. Analytics

The Application may use anonymous analytics tools and technical identifiers (e.g. installation/session identifiers) only for technical and analytical purposes.

For clicks on elements related to services, the Application counts only the total number of clicks on a given element. Such clicks are not linked to a specific user, account, device or profile.

6. Sharing data with third parties

Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Data may be shared only to the necessary extent with: login providers (Google, Facebook); OpenAI — regarding content entered by the user into the AI assistant, processed in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy); payment operators or app stores — if paid plans or subscriptions are activated; hosting, technical infrastructure and analytics providers; public authorities, where required by law.

Provider data that the provider publishes in the Application, such as company name, service description, service languages, service location, phone number, contact links or logo, may be visible to users of the Application.

7. Retention period

Data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, or until the account is deleted by the user.

8. User rights (RODO/GDPR)

The user has the right to: access their data; correct data; delete data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent.

9. Account deletion

A request to delete the account and data may be sent to the contact email address.
